It's been so long since I last blogged.

So many things happened in the past 3 weeks.

First it was the HAZE that hit Singapore, the highest PSI level 

went up as high as 400. 

It was really damn scary that when you look out of 

the window you cannot even see out of 500m.

The air had this stench so smelly that it hurt my lungs 

when I try to take inhale deeply. 

Luckily I have a very nice boss, knowing my condition 

she bought a air cleaner for my family.

It's a true HEPA air cleaner called the Austin Jr air cleaner.

Which is really good , where you just turn it on and it will 

filter the polluted air.

When the Haze finally go away, I had this rash 

and bad headache on the right side of my face.

At first I thought that it was due to the haze as I have sensitive 

skin, but it turned out that I have Shingles.

Shingles is a reactivation of Chicken Pox, it is the same 

kind of virus as the chicken pox only that it will not 

spread to others unless they didn't have Chicken Pox before.

And compared to Chicken pox, its not itchy or spread around your 

whole body.. It's just on one side of your body and that it's painful.

It's already 3 weeks since I find out that I have Shingles.

But it's still painful now and that I passed the virus to my beloved 

boyfriend who didn't had ChickenPox before.

It really sucks, to have to stay indoors and not to go out.

Not to mention all the food that you couldn't eat..

Guess July isn't a good month for me too except on the 15th 

it marks the first year of our relationship.

Which we didn't celebrate much due to my Shingles.

But then again we don't have to just be more loving and celebrate on our 

anniversary or monthsary right ^^ 

On a side note, next week I will be going to Thailand with my 

company. It's something to look forward right! Hehe.
