I have a BIG secret to reveal!
That is I am freaking 82KG right now,
yeah I know that's very scary..
I'm so sad that I can't even wear my favorite shorts and
top right now, and when I go out to shop
and I can't even fit the pretty clothes! ):
So now I'm trying to do something about it by
controlling my diet and also doing exercise.
I realized that whenever I feel stressed out or unhappy
the way for me to distress is to snack and eat to vent my anger.
Even if I work out during this period I will lose weight
very very slow and sometimes it doesn't even make a difference.
So I must learn to not take things too hard,
just chillax and look at the bright side of life.
Now I am going to stick to a lighter diet for lunch everyday.
Saw Leen aiai's diet everyday and decided to give it a shot
and I'm gonna start trying tomorrow.
With determination I'm sure that I can do it.
Gambateh! I can do it!
